Barn conversion

With Holly Bank Barn , we provided lighting solutions throughout the whole conversion that maintained many of the original features including exposed beams and trusses etc. For the kitchen we installed ceiling recessed and under cabinet lighting with pendants over the island and the plinth LEDs.

The stairs and lighting demanded steplights and wall uplighters to accentuate the high ceiling and contemporary globe fittings in different sizes over the double height gallery entrance. The bedrooms have pendants, wall uplighters, corner wall up/down lights and beam spotlights.

The bathrooms have recessed lighting, mirror lighting and high level IP wall spots and plinth LEDs. For the exterior, we installed traditional wall lanterns and simple low level spotlights to highlight planted beds.

Luxury home office

We were asked to develop a lighting scheme which provided good functional lighting for an office environment but which also incorporated an option to transform the room into a unique space with colour changing atmospheric lighting.

Our solution was to combine suspended architectural fittings with flourescent and halogen light sources providing the main day to day lighting. Using a scene setting lighting control system, we positioned LED colour changing lighting to transform the space as shown.

Portuguese contemporary villa

We were commissioned by a Portuguese property developer to design and supply the lighting for a new build detatched villa in the Algarve region.

Lighting was integrated into the building plans of the property from the beginning and was central to the idea of how the space was going to be used.

We transformed the large white rooms and the outside areas into individual, unique environments by using a wide range of lights (including chandeliers, wall fittings, recessed lighting) and different lighting effects through a sophisticated scene setting control system.
